In the integration with Transhotel we can now show the location of the hotel on Google map. Transhotel offers more than 43 000 hotels around the world and with this solution a majority of those can be shown on Google maps.

A supplier that is not longer being used can be inactivated in the system. An inactivated supplier is now displayed where you connect suppliers with resources such as hotels, transports, cabins and similar. An inactivated supplier can still be searched in the supplier administration and can be reactivated.

A new function has been added enabling a total reversion of a batch payment in case it has been entered by mistake.

For those using the Transhotel integration these bookings can now be automatically cancelled using the cancellation rules set by Transhotel.

This report shows reservations where a change or rebooking has been logged. You can choose to limit the report on product code (for present booking) and date of change in open intervals, i.e. you can state start date and/or end date for the period you want to search for changes in.
At rebooking the rebooking number, date, who made the rebooking and a link to printing of the old booking information are shown.

We continuously add new functions in the system to enable more sales options, simplify administration and more. The drawback with many functions is that it can be hard to find the tools you often use. Therefore we have now designed a new function My pages. Here you as a user or on company level can set up a page where you choose which functions to be visible here. These can be grouped into different departments on the page, to easily be able to find the functions that you often need. You can also put up several My pages for different purposes.
My pages can be made personal so that only you can reach your page, or be shared with other users in the company.
You can reach My pages through the top menu, so that you always can reach My pages easily and quickly.
From the start you can choose among all functions in the menu to the left and add them to your own My pages. Gradually will also other functions be available to add in your My pages.

An internal comment field has been added in the supplier register, where you can print free text about for example conditions of contract and similar which only are shown in the supplier register. There is also a quick function to send e-mail to the supplier with your standard e-mail application and a link to the supplier's homepage if it is registered.

On the top page in admin, after logging in, you can see three search boxes to the left.
The one at the top is a telephone search that is used for example when the client is calling. The function is designed so that although a telephone number is stated like 08-12 34 56 in the database, you can search by 08123456 and find the client. From the client register you can see client information and also start a reservation so that the client information is automatically filled in in step 3 of the booking. It is sufficient to state part of the telephone number to be able to find the clients matching the search. To search for a client on basis of something else but telephone number, use the link Advanced.
In reservation search you can state a reservation number and get directly to the reservation (i.e. like Customer Administration / Amend reservation). You can also state a name and then the system will search for a reservation with this name either as orderer or as traveler.
In project search you can search on a project to be able to see important information about the project and to easily make amendments to it. If you state something that gives a unique projectID, you will get directly to the project, otherwise you will get to the same page as when searching in Travel Administration / Project overview.

When exporting to Excel or a text file, e-mail address now also is included in the export file. You can also search for one or more project types in addition to or in combination with the many earlier search variations. E.g. to do real circulars.

Those who have multi currency and/or multi language functions now easily can change between the different languages/currencies on the start page in admin, to quickly reach statistics and economy functions for the different currencies.
The language choice affects in what language the admin pages are shown and also which e.g. new brochure orders that are visible on the start page for admin.
