Apart from the functions to send newsletter in the market module there is now a possibility to list all your e-mail addresses. There are different criteria?s to choose between. You will find this beneath customeradmin/search customer. Sometimes it is easier to send personal mail instead of using the newsletter function. You can easily copy the e-mail list and paste it in your mail program. In order for the addressed person not to see your mailing list, remember to paste in the names in the bcc field.

We have today over 100 travel operators situated in more than 10 countries. All these are using the package booking. In order to make the web booking easier wee have now made it possible to: Hide the text "Number of results per page:" and "Search by web code:". These changes have been asked for from web customers/clients. Please contact our support if you want to hide any of the above. When making a ferry/cabin booking you will now receive a pop-up warning message along with red text, when you try to book a cabin that does not match the amount of travellers. The button "Continue" has also been moved and is now found below beneath the cabin selection. This will prevent the customer to continue before the cabin selection has been made. If you use Google Analytics we can in each booking step send info to Google Analytics. Please contact our support if you need any consulting regarding this.

A large change of handling apartments has been done. It has not been possible to see the apartments in advanced room selection due to the fact that they have been handled separately. This is now changed and the apartments works the same as standard rooms which makes it possible for you to select the advanced room selection to combine more that 1 apartment, different apartments, combine apartments + standard rooms (at the moment not a la carte). You can also choose more apartments than what is needed. E.g. if the apartment takes max 5 persons, you can let 4 persons book 1, 2, 3 or 4 of this type (if there is allotment for 4 or if waiting list is active).

This function will make it possible for your agents to arrange a specific trip/package to be sold only by them. You choose the status Open for internal bookings and mark the project with the agent code. Note that all people with admin access will always have access to book this even tough it is marked with the agent code. The same applies to the agent who has received the access level of booking as an admin.

A new report to show arrival summary chose on a specific destination during a specified period and transport type. This report will give you useful summary of a package with the same period and different transport types. It is very useful for your staff on destination to use. You can also choose to get the hotel sorted by Hotel. You will find the report beneath Reports.

CAX /Cancellation protection) can be set in many ways in the system. E.g. fixed, price, general %, price depending what transport type and now also an option to set it on the project. If you chose to use this on the project and have other standard CAX set up, the system will use the % entered on the project and calculate the CAX. This will make it possible to have different CAX rules in the system.

We have now made it possible for you to enter a sales stop on a whole hotel. You can enter an absolute salestop or a soft sale stop. An absolute stop means that allotment will be decreased to -1 and will not be bookable, not eaven if you allow waitinglist. A soft stop will set the allotment to the amount of what is booked. This is very useful incases you can not allow more sales however if you receive cancellations you can now sell this available room to someone else. It is also possible to but a booking on waitinglists if you have this active.

It is now possible for you to divide the agent commission into a row of different classes. You can have several different options for each agent for each class. On the package you can chose which class should be the one the agents? commission should be calculated from.

New editor has been developed in order to help you create Webb content in a more efficient way. Many new functions had been added which will help you administrate the content on you pages. You can e.g. add flash movies to your pages, use the spellchecker etc. When copying info from word you will automatically get the question if you want to remove all formatting. This formatting needs to be removed in order for the layout on the page to be of good quality. You can also copy tables, delete or add new rows much easier than before. There are also possibilities for you to have custom-made templates which are a useful function if you decide on how the layout should be on each page.

We have added two new statisticreports: Bookings per zipcode grouped on bookingdate and departuredate. You can choose to group these report using the whole zipcode, or e.g. use only the first to figures. You can enter a date limit on the booking date, group it on bookingdate or endter a date limit on the departuredate, group i on departuredate. As with all other statisticreport you can choose to group per year, month, week or day.
