Possibillity to set minimum nights on a room-allotment

This will come in handy if you have agreements on specific rooms to only be used with a minimum amount of nights. You add this on the room allotment. When making a booking (A la Carte) the room will show but is not bookable. You will get the message saying that a minimum amount of nights must be booked.

Email Transportlist with pick-up places

You can now send a list of pick-up places on email directly from the application . Simply ad which address/es that you want to send the list to. There is also a possibillity to add comments.

Tracking booking from Kelkoo, Solfaktor among others

The export function to Kelkoo/Solfaktor and other similar portals is now updated. You can send in unlimited amount of different marketing codes, you can export the info as soon as it is called upon. Calls from Kelkoo/Solfaktor should be done to this link: .../admin/export_solf.asp?MC=xxx. Where xxx is exchanged to the correct marketing code you have chosen for e.g. Kelkoo. Due to the fact that this can be done automatically, the export link from the start page has been removed. The booking that is done within on Kelkoo/Solfaktor will be tagged with the correct marketing code. To receive detailed sales statistic reports - use Statistics / marketing code per order date. To received detailed info about the bookings with a certain marketing code use - Reports /List all bookings. In the end of the page it is possible to make detailed selections. You can use this list to compare with the invoice from Kelkoo/Solfaktor. If you are not using this today feel free to contact us and we'll se how this can be activated in your system. In order to have this you need the module Sales/Marketing.

High pressure over Travelize - ten new customers during the summer

The nice summer weather has matched our sales nicely during the summer with ten new customers. Several operators prefer to be able to spend time outside the office while they increase the sales through efficient on line solutions.

Among the new customers this summer you will find Dream Travel in Norway, Best Travel in Denmark, Nilles Busrejser in Denmark, Vestfjarðaleið on Iceland, as well as Merlot Reiser in Norway.

Several of these will start up with new web sites and on line reservation already in August.

New repart and search function for Special Legal Invoice process

A new report to search for Legal Invoices in case you use this special function. You can search for open periods of invoice date, i.e. you can select to only set a start date or end date for the search. You can also search on reservation number, invoice number, reference number for the book keeping as well as reference number for the export to accounting system.

Supplier liabilities per selected date

A new report in the supplier liabilities section is now available where you can check the liabilities on past date. The report shows all supplier invoices which a invoice date up to the selected date which were not finally paid on the selected date. Information about the supplier invoice, the total amount in the supplier's currency, paid and rest to pay in supplier's currency as well as the calculated rest to pay in your currency is given.

Search hotel list per supplier

In addition to the search possibilities for the hotel/rooming list, you can now also search and get all hotels connected to a specific supplier. This is especially efficient if you have several hotels on a destination through a specific hotel agent. You can provide the agent with one complete list for a specific period. Check "all hotels" enter period and select the supplier to use this new possibility.
