New Client Corfu Escape

Corfu Escape has signed an agreement with Travelize. Corfu Escape will start its operation within shortly using Travelize reservation and content management. Corfu Escape will have weekly flights to Corfu during the summer season and has focused completely on the island of Corfu.

New possiblities to show rooming overview

In the report Room overview you can now see 3 new format possibilities: graphic, numeric with available beds and numeric with available rooms. The numeric reports will summarize beds/room per hotel and total for the whole chosen product group. If you have the A La Carte booking activated you can click in the booking window for the chosen hotel and see the graphic report of the actual day.

See all printouts on a booking

A link " Invoice log list" has been added to the booking picture. It will be shown when you open a booking. If you click on it you can follow the history of when the confirmation was printed and by whom. It also shows the total amounts. Note! The log function is implemented late summer 2004. In case your system has not yet been updated after this date the log function has not been turned on. The confirmations printed prior the upgrade will not be found in the log.

New report: Total paid per project

New reportfunction to be used eg. summarizing and closing of the accounts. All projects with departure within the choosen dates will be shown in departing order and with the total of paid (subtracted with possible registered refunds) for all bookings (active and cancelled) on each project.

Cancel single traveller in Flight Reservation System

Operators with our Flight Reservation System can now cancel a single traveller on a reservation without rebooking.

Brochure orders can be set to not printed after they have been confirmed as printed

This function can be used if you for example have confirmed new brochure orders without printing the labels. With this function you can set all brochure orders confirmed as printed on a certain date to not printed. Hence they will appear in the print que again. This function is found under the Marketing section.

Seating option for web customer

New functionality has been added to the seating module. You can now sell a seat with or without price addition directly to web customers who can select seating by a graphical view of the transport.

Entering of room allocation made simplier

When you have confirmed an added or amended room allocation you will be taken to an overview of all active allocations set up for the hotel. You can very simple amend an allocation from this view or press the Copy sign close to each amend-link to make a copy of that allocation.

Each addition set in the product can be set to commisionable or not

You can now decide from addition to addition which are set on the product if they should be included in the price used for calculating the agent commission. To set up advanced rules for the agent commission please contact Travelize support.

Overview transport can also display the division between different durations for each transport

This option can be selected when using the Transport Overview to see the division on different durations. The system will automatically display all different durations if this is selected.
