A new function has been added which allows you to easily add mandatory additions to bookings in a series. Useful to add fuel, currency and similar surcharges. You can search for product as well as date band for booking and departure.
New booking confirmations by e-mail or to print queue will be generated for all bookings which receives new additions.

An agent user can be set as agent administrator. This allows this user to add new users for the agent, inactivate users and change other information. This enables easy and quick administration where the agent does not need to intervene with the operator for staff changes and similar.

Agents might not want the tour operator to be able to send newsletters or other mass marketing activities to clients booked by the agent. Therefore a new option to prevent this for certain agent groups has been implemented into Travelize. Please contact Travelize support if you would like to use this new option.

Agents within a chain might want to be able to amend bookings made through other agents within the chain. A new function has been developed to support this. On the agent group, it is possible to set that bookings made through any office within the group should be editable by other agents within the group. More visitors than ever visited us during the Tur-fair in Gothenburg to get vitamins for both body and web. More than 300 kg of fruit and a lot of healthy drinks were delivered when we demonstrated our system and new functions such as the new platform for web site design and similar.

Donator has implemented a new tool for web site statistics. The new tool, SmarterSats, provides an easy-to-use user interface. There are several ways to adopt the reports according to your interests. In addition to this, you can also set up schedule for e-mail reporting. Please note that this news only applies to clients hosted with Donator.

The old tool, DeepMatrix Livestats, will be maintained parallel until April 30, 2008 and can be reached through http://oldlivestats.donator.se/ with the same username and password.
