After completed package reservation, a new link to make a new reservation for a party travelling together on the same package. The link leads to step 2 in the booking engine and the bookings will automatically be tagged as travelling together.

Addition of supplier cost for advanced options and board options on the accrued supplier list 2008-02-29

The accrued supplier list now also includes supplier cost for advanced options and board options if these have been set.

new support for visa handling 2008-02-15

This new function is built for operators which handle visa applications for the clients. Status can be set on the bookings in four steps: 1) Passport received from the client, 2) visa application sent to the embassy, 3) visa received from the embassy and 4) passport with visa returned to the client. The report can be searched by booking id, part of project and/or product, date band for booking or departure date as well as status as in 1-4 above. Passport number, date of birth as well as the status steps can easily be handled and monitored from the report.

Automatic calculation of cancellation fees 2008-02-12

Rules can now be set up for how cancellation fees should be calculated. The rules are based on the number of days left to departure and if cancellation insurance has been bought or not. The suggested cancellation fee can be overruled when the administrator cancels the booking.

Letter with status handling to those who have paid the deposit 2008-02-10

A new feature in Write letter/message has been added which is useful to send out welcome packages or similar. Bookings that have paid the full deposit and has not previously been set to have received this letter will be included. This search can be combined with date band searches and other search options.

New advanced handling of allocation / allotment on additional options 2008-01-21

Additional options can be selected in many ways in the system. New functionality to the advanced additional options which can be selected per product / hotel / city has now been added. You can set up allocation in date bands and also reduce allocation or block sales in several periods within the date band to provide easy handling.

New function for quick mail send-out to clients, suppliers and users 2008-01-18

Sometimes you might have a need to quickly send out a simple mail message to your clients, suppliers or users. A new function has been added under system administration enabling this. You select who should receive it and write a simple text based e-mail which will be sent out by the system. This is an addition to the more advanced newsletter functions in the marketing module and you can use this when you do not have a need for nice handling of HTML mail and pictures.

Easy mass deletion of packages 2008-01-10

Sometimes you might want to delete a whole series of packages. This new function makes that easy. You select which series by product or part of the project code as well as date band. The system will automatically detect if there are any active or inactive bookings connected to any selected project and disable deletion of these.

New report for overview returning passengers 2008-01-04

A new report has been added similar to the Arrival Overview. The new report shows in a selected date band the number of passengers returning per date and hotel. The report can also be limited by destination and/or product.

Integrated customer surveys 2007-12-20

New functionality for creating customer surveys including electronic distribution has been added. The travellers receive a link to a web page where they can fill in all replies saving you a lot of work while providing reporting and statistical functions.
