The XML feed for package tours and hotel information for meta search engines has been improved. It is now possible to select if only offers and/or only available tours should be included in the feed. Integrated claims and complaints handling 2007-12-03

Claims and complaints can now be handled directly in the system. The complaint or claim is connected to a booking and information about the complaint as well as follow up date and action points are stored. Statistics and reports can easily be withdrawn and on the booking level any complaint or claim is easy to access.

Possibility to set advanced additions to a specific hotel 2007-11-28

The advanced additions - which can be presented with text, image to allow efficient sales in the booking process - have up to now been set on the Product. Sometimes an addition is specific for a hotel. Therefore it is now possible to connect an addition to a specific hotel in addition to the connection on the product level.

Option to debit the advanced additions per night or per day 2007-11-26

The advanced addition functionality can now debit an addition per night or per day. The price will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights or duration of the tour.

Agent with own bonding 2007-11-22

You are now able to set the agent administration module to reflect scenarios where you are selling through agents with their own bonding which should not be included in the turn-over report for your own bonding.

New functions: Search for customers who have not travelled during a certain period 2007-11-18

In Customer Administration where you can search for and export customers by the number of times they have travelled, you are now able to search for customers by the min/max/exact number of times they have travelled, now combinable with a specific time period. If you choose to do an exact search and state 0, you will get the customers that have not travelled at all, or not during the specified period.

Ability to use automatic surcharge, in dynamic booking, when booking hotel for a short period 2007-11-12

A new function in Dynamic Booking which automatically adds a percentage surcharge to the room rate when booking hotel accommodation for a short period. Several different surcharges can be handled for different numbers of nights.

Voucher printing for each resource 2007-11-07

Until now you have been able to print out vouchers for each resource entered in the project calculation section. However some of the resources might not be applicable to a voucher. As a result, it is now possible to select if the resource entry in the calculation should be able to generate a voucher. In order for the resource to generate a voucher you simply tick the Include column on this particular object.

Brochure hierarchy settings 2007-11-04

The Order Brochure function has been updated with the possibility to sort the brochures in a specific order (hierarchy). The listing/sorting should be specified in numeric values.

Ability to enclose PDF-files in the contact administration replies 2007-11-02

When answering contacts from the web (sent in by the contact form from your website) it is now possible to enclose 1 or more PDF-files in your email answer. The PDFs are enclosed as attachments to the email response.
