Room allotment update by weekday 2007-10-26

It is now possible to update the room allotment by weekday, e.g. if you need to update every Friday throughout an entire season or for a certain period. Use the Amend room allotment day to day basis, tick in which week day or days the price should apply to, enter the period, update e.g. the price or anything in the list on a specific room type or on all the offered room types

Linking from agent booking engine 2007-10-23

In order to be able to increase your agents sales we have now implemented the possibility for the agent to link from their booking engine directly in to yours. Use the link http://www.erdomän.com/order1.asp?agentCodeWebLink=agentkoden in order to make the flow easier for the agent. If the agent would like to enter your booking engine as an Iframe on their web site, this is also the link they can use to start with. Now possible to enter a decription on the roomtypes, add text & picture 2007-10-17

It is now possible to enter a room description by text and or with a picture. This is to be added on the actual room type and is shown in the order steps. A "Read more" link will appear if you have entered text and or a picture. The info is shown in a separate window.

It is now possible to connect a Content page to the CAX insurance and Travel Insurance option/addition in the order steps. A description is entered in the Content Management as an other page. Please contact the support if you are interested in using this feature.

Limit notification on transport with to few bookings 2007-10-10

It is now possible to enter a Notification limit on the transport in order to keep track of the departures which have to few bookings. You will then get help in your admin process in getting suggestions on which departures you might have to close/cancel due to few bookings. Enter the allotment limit and how many days prior the departure this should be alarmed. When days prior trip is reached a notification on the Travelize start page will show if there is to few bookings.

Now possible to view departure cities and times added on a timetable on the project information 2007-10-09

In the project it is now possible to view more info about the departure towns added on a timetable. The short cut to view projects is found on the top page of Travelize or on the Info link in order step1.

Integration to car hire with Holiday Autos 2007-09-27

A new integration to Holiday Autos car hire system has been added to our module for External Resources. The customer can now book flight, accommodation and car hire on one single booking. Resources can be taken internally or in a combination with GDS, low cost and hotel booking systems such as Transhotel. Only rental car can also be booked.

Possibility to filter prelimiary booked in write letter and message 2007-09-22

It is now possible to filter away preliminary bookings in write letter and message function for letter, labels and e-mail.

New smart cover letter added to brochure request administration 2007-09-17

New brochure requests have been handled in the system with support for labels and export of file with status handling. To these functions a smart cover letter handling has been added. Instead of labels you can create automatic letters with address and indication of which brochures have been requested. The text on the letter can be stored and reused and at the same time easily edited in case you would like to add any special offer or similar.
