Cottage Service list

The Service List is used by the Service Agent. On the list you will se what service/action needs to be taken on each Cottage.

Only bookings with a booked cottage is shown on the list.

Enter the date interval only or chose and click search or chose a date interval and a ServiceAgent if you want to print out a list for a specific Agent.

The list will print out both departing and arriving bookings per Cottage with in the selected interval. All comments fields on the booking will be printed out. If it is a departing booking/client you will also see how many days it is left until next checking.

Options connected to the Service Agent are also shown. If "Show option" is not selectedAvancerade tillval som är kopplade till serviceagenten visas också. Om "Visa tillval som inte är kopplad till serviceagenten" är ikryssad visas alla avancerade tillval på bokningen.

The Service list is sorted by date and service agent. There after the list can also be sorted by “route”, how the cottages are situated. The order of the route is set on the cottage Tour order for service list:. The service agent could then use the list as a driving help. If the cottages has not been sorted in route order it will be sorted by name.

Automatic club points expiration notice

As part of the Customer Club Module, a new scheduled and automatic e-mail can be sent to those with points expiring soon.

Partnerbooking, mobile number to all customers

In the API for partner bookings, it is now possible to select by partner if mobile number should be sent to the partner system. When the mobile number is sent, it will be stored on the booking and used on the digital paxlist instead of the normal number from the customer card.

New dynamic booking engine

We have now developed a dynamic booking engine, where the system creates a project based on what the customer search for. This functionality is used by for ex tour operators specializing in golf bookings where customers often want to stay longer or shorter than the normal 7 or 14 nts.
